Reasons Why All Day Breakfast is Popular

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, as based on what one has or whether one has even at all, can determine what kind of a day one will have. But perhaps it is the breakfast foods that have gained more popularity than the actual act of having a breakfast, in today’s time. Breakfast foods like eggs benedict, pancakes, waffles, and many others are all time favourites of many, and a western concept of breakfast for dinner is something that greatly appealing. In this concept, one has breakfast items for dinner in place of the traditional dishes that are eaten at dinner.

The popularity of these breakfast foods is something that has resulted in restaurants to contemplate with the idea of an all-day breakfast. Some of the best restaurants in Bangalore are experimenting with this notion of serving breakfast all day, or at least serving a limited amount of dishes. And the public is receptive to these changes as it allows a new category in their menu and allows them to have variety in their meals.

Breakfast is no longer about just toast and butter/jam; instead there is a wide range of items in this section that one can consume. Here are a few reasons, as to why all-day breakfast is becoming so popular:

1.    Cost Effective:

Unlike the main course dishes, items in the breakfast menu are much more pocket friendly than one would think. Thus, if one is not in the mood to eat a heavy meal and yet still wants to have something without spending a whole load of money, breakfast foods work perfectly then. In those cases, an all-day breakfast comes in handy so that one can have it even during lunch or dinner.

2.    Works for Everyone:
These days, people live hectic lives and do no really have enough time to devote to eating a full and healthy breakfast. Be it stay at home mothers, office going people, college students or anyone for that matter, could and probably would skip breakfast some times. In those events, an all- day breakfast allows one the luxury to have breakfast whenever they do find the time to sit and eat something. And being light at the same time, it would not interfere with the regular meal timings.

3.    Sales:
Going to a restaurant for breakfast is a common norm and thus, if a restaurant offers all-day breakfast it would only increase their sales. As this way, more people, who want to have breakfast items at varying times during the day would prefer it over any other place.

One might be able to find burgers in Delhi with an alarming ease. But when wanting to try something different, one can try out these exotic cuisines:

1.    Mexican:

Overcooking can ruin the Tenderloin Steak

When it comes to some of the most expensive and popular meats, then the top winner would surely be the tenderloin steak. A tenderloin steak is mostly served in fine- dining restaurants and is considered to be a classic choice for a main dish. Made from beef’s meat, this type of a steak is carved out from the tenderloin or the part of short loin primal. The tenderloin is perhaps the most soft and tender part in beef meats, hence the name. There are also other steaks available like chateaubriand, filet mignon and more.

Although nothing can really beat the taste of good beef tenderloin, however, owing to the hesitancy towards proper beef, many restaurants instead substitute it with buffalo meat. But certain states like Mumbai and Bangalore do serve authentic beef, so one can find this dish in some of the more elite lounges and bars in Mumbai and Bangalore.

One can even make this dish at home, only due to the pricey nature of the meat; the preparation must not be rushed and carried out in a proper manner. There are several different ways to cook this type of steak, that is, one can either keep it rare, medium rare or quite well done. Though one has to keep this in mind that the more it cooks the more it loses its juiciness and soft quality.

That is why, it is extremely necessary, that one should keep a check on how exactly the tenderloin steak is being cooked. Tenderloin is a lean cut and also the most tender part of any. That is why; overcooking can ruin the dish, since the lack of fats will turn the meat dry and tough. Overcooking must be at all costs avoided, as it can completely alter the taste and texture of the meat.
