The staff believes that food is art and very rightly so, they make sure you enjoy your time while you are here. Chef Glyston Gracias wanted to create a family style dining experience and has very well succeeded in doing the same. The food is served in rich quantities intended to be shared, encouraging you to indulge in conversation and engage with your meal rather than your phone. This fine dining experience is outside the confines of formality and into a space that is relaxed and even quirky. There are QR codes on the walls that tell stories! Now who wouldn’t love that? The monochrome interiors are very classy indeed.

Smoke House has many outlets across Delhi, my favourite being the one in Hauz Khas Village, situated at the end in a secluded spot that makes it all the more cozy. They have a wide range of food that you can pamper yourself with, and their signatures are of course a must have. If you haven’t yet tried the Smoke House signature burgers, you haven’t experienced the best of food! Be it their Smoked Chicken & Oregano burger with old bay seasoning or the Crumbed Curried Vegetable burger, they have perfected the balance of the right amount of flavour and crispness that keeps you coming back for more.
