How to make beef burgers: easy steps to help

1.Get the right beef, season it inside out with spices and then tip it into a bowl containing cut onions and eggs. Mix all the contents to obtain en even mixture.

2.Now divide the whole mixture into four parts and roll these parts into balls- as the size of a tennis ball. Now flatten these balls to make patties of them.

3.Leave the patties in fridge so they harden up. Then place them on an already heated up and oiled up barbeque. Flip them over.

4.Take the burgers out and leave them in plate for a while so that all their juices are absorbed. Then put them inside the partially cut buns and top them up with sauces.
